I will be flying back next weekend. Not without mixed feelings I must say. The experience of living here has been good, but I have missed everyone at home especially so since I am alone here. The lifestyle is pretty relaxed and weather is nice most of the time (don't mind the rain, at least it's not scorching hot). You win some, you lose some. Over here I can't eat nasi lemak for breakfast, I cannot drive to JB whenever I want to....but I get to live on my allowance, go for a musical whenever I want to, minum (so cheap) etc but decision's made, I'm going home to join another company for system support work and have to say goodbye to dishwashers, cheap beer and high street shopping!

Now....how to pack, where to start?
I've got so many things. How do I convince the check in staff that all this put together is lesser than 20 kilos? aiyoo yooo....kadavelle..

Kung Po Chicken!
This is my first attempt at Kung Po Chicken! I had some leftover cashew nuts and dried chilli from an ex colleague and thought I'd cuba cuba a bit lah.
Marinate the chicken overnight in dark soya sauce, dried chilli, some cornflour, kikkoman, salt. Then heat up the wok and throw in garlic and the rest of the good stuff to follow.
Give it a good stir fry and dump in the cashew nuts.
Then walllaaaaa....Kung Po Chicken!
