RING OF FIRE
Nemo had cravings for Lat Jiu Pan Mee (LJPM) today so we went and indulge in this fire spicy spicy (huo la la) nooooodddlleeeeeeee......
For those who'd not seen how this very famous LJPM looks like (i.e KIM who is desperate to see), and for those who're far far away.......enjoy these pics .... muahahahahhahahahahahahhahaha
LJPM before mixing with chilli
The small tiny money choi soup is a must to drink with the so so spicy noodle so that u get the spicy and hot (as in warm) sensation together in ur mouth for the ULTIMATE pleasure........
This is the secret recipe.......THE CHILLI!!
You break the poached egg, mix the anchovies, fried shallots, minced pork and the chilli and tadddaaaaaaaaaaaa LJPM. Yah, looks like spaghetti but it taste a lot better than Italiano noodles!
Why is it call ring of fire? Guess where will you feel the "warmth" when ur processed LJPM comes out. hahahahahahhahahahahahhahahahahah
