In Memoriam of The Unfortunate Event on 14 June 2006
It was exactly 2 weeks ago when this happened...*flashback music playing..blurring out images and start imagining ala film noir -black & white film-
Aiyaaa....sim tiaaa man....well...bottomline, we, thinking that it's ah yen's limited days in the off and plus we got nothing much to do now as well so we went out to have great reat lunch loh. Summore this ah yen wanted to escape from parking fees when MPPJ's van was just sitting outside the shop where we were having lunch.Oh well..at least we escaped the mouth of danger from getting a parking ticket.
So we bought our fruits and happily headed back to the office after our a much satisfactory lunch @ Jaring in Sunway. As soon as we arrived at our office, we swiped our access card to get it. Queenie went to the loo. Yen and I walked casually back into the office. I slapped the newspaper on to a table nearby ah yen's without even realising that there was suppose to be something on that table that was missing.
Then, Yen just went blank and asked "Eh...where's my laptop?....Did you see my laptop??". I turned to my table as well just to be as shocked as her to realise that mine was gone too! We then turned to look at Queenie's table and hers was gone too! When she walked into the office, we told her that all our laptops are gone! SHIT! Even our extra one was gone!!Things were a lil panicky as Ah Yen called the boss.
We realised that there was something wrong with our magnetic door. It was loose but still working fine. So we noticed that there was a CCTV in front of the office opposite our office. We went to their office to ask and according to the receptionist there was one Indian guy who was standing outside our office earlier. But didn't notice that anything was wrong. We approached the management and some "important" guys came to check out the situation. (Oh.. I forgot to mention that in compensation for the loss of our 4 laptops, the thief left 4 - 6 pieces of some-kinda-miraculous-el-cheapo cloth..lan pu!..on ah yen's table..she summore can ask 'who left these cloth thingies on my table!"). These guys kept on telling us that the door is almost impossible to tug open. It is stronger than god knows how many ox and oxens put together. Well.that's wat they say..so they kept on insisting that it's either an internally commited crime or it must be some previous tenant..
On the contrary to their tell-a-tale of their super dooper GREAT SUPERB UNBREAKABLE DOOR, the police came over to inspect after we lodged a report. (Uncle Selamat and konco- konconye ...damn friend with Queenie tau! Khabarnye dari Kg. Majidee , JB -where I got lost and nearly surrender to the thought that JB is soooo kampung..lol-). Then tiba tiba when they were checking the door, i overheard one of the management's 'important' guys said that the thief SHOOK the door loose and broke into our office!!! How shocking!! Such an invincible door..but can be shaken loose of her strenghs so easily with the might of 2 persons.
Anyways, to cut the long story short coz I could probably like go on forever and ever which is not condusive to productivity of work, we managed to catch a glimpse of how it all happened from the CCTV records, blurry but we saw the culprits and their agenda. Those blorrdy 'tao si' critters! Sigh...upsetting but true...ah yen was suppose to be prime suspect as she's leaving in two days time...lol..saved by the CCTV to confirm all our fears and doubts..Blordy ppl...I hope they die and be 'tao siis' in their next life to be eaten with fried dace!
~ The End ~
A lil bit rushed at the ending, please feel free to interview LIVE for more detailed descriptions.
....that was what happened exactly 2 weeks ago..at this moment of time as I'm typing this, Yen's already gone...nini has already gone to Perhentian and come back..and my phone that I bought on the same day of the event had already gone through a surgery in the Suo Nee Ey Lik Son Hospital and back here in my arms..lol! ...
