Wie visited Stonehenge yesterday. It's about 1 hour's drive from Chertsey (where I live).

The weather was fine and sunny when i left home in the morning. But it started raining the moment I arrived so here it is, one of the very few pictures i managed to capture with blue skies!

In the second picture you can see how big the stones are in comparison to the people surrounding it? More of a camera trick actually. The stones are not THAT big.

P/S on my way there, i found this place called Yeovil which is alongside River Yeo. Wah, no need to name rivers after my ah gong lah....paiseh lar.

    River Yeo...hahaha so funny.

    Stonehedge, how intereting.

Is the English countryside quite beautiful?

I hear that it rains a lot in England and can be quite dreary.

Yeah lah...and they have yoghurts made in Yeovil okay...

The English countryside is not as beautiful as the Swiss, German or Austrian ones. And you are right, it rains a lot here so you see grey skies more often than blue skies!
